Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about PolStake

What is PolStake?

PolStake is an experimental smart contract protocol on the Polygon blockchain. It allows users to interact with decentralized smart contracts using POL tokens through a Web3 interface.

Which wallets are supported?

PolStake supports multiple Web3 wallets including:

  • MetaMask (browser extension and mobile app)
  • WalletConnect (supports 100+ wallets including Trust Wallet, Rainbow, etc.)
  • Coinbase Wallet
  • Any wallet with Polygon network support

What blockchain does PolStake use?

PolStake operates on Polygon (formerly MATIC) Mainnet (Chain ID: 137). You'll need POL tokens to interact with the protocol.

What are the minimum requirements?

- Minimum deposit: 10 POL
- Minimum withdrawal: 5 POL
- Gas fees: Variable (typically 0.01-0.1 POL per transaction)

Is my wallet safe?

PolStake never has custody of your funds. Your wallet remains under your complete control. We only provide an interface to interact with the smart contract. Always verify transaction details before signing.

Where can I view the smart contract?

The smart contract is fully transparent and verifiable on PolygonScan:

How do I get POL tokens?

You can acquire POL tokens from:

  • Centralized exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.)
  • Decentralized exchanges on Polygon (QuickSwap, Uniswap, etc.)
  • Bridge from Ethereum to Polygon using official Polygon Bridge

What are the risks?

PolStake is an experimental protocol with significant risks:

  • Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Potential loss of all funds
  • No guaranteed returns
  • Not audited by third parties
  • Regulatory uncertainty

Please read our Safety & Risks page for complete details.

Is PolStake audited?

No. PolStake has not been audited by any third-party security firm. This is an experimental protocol and should be treated as such. Only interact with funds you can afford to lose completely.

Can I withdraw my funds anytime?

Withdrawal availability depends on the smart contract logic and available balance. Transactions may fail if the contract has insufficient funds. Always check contract state before attempting withdrawals.

What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

Since PolStake is non-custodial, we cannot recover your funds if you lose access to your wallet. Always backup your seed phrase securely and never share it with anyone.
